Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Paddle

RecurrIQ is sold through our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. All refunds for RecurrIQ purchases are processed by Paddle and governed in full by the Paddle Refund Policy, which forms part of the Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions. That policy applies to your purchase in place of any conflicting terms on this page.

Summary of the Paddle Refund Policy

The following is a plain-language summary for convenience only — the Paddle Refund Policy is the binding document.

  • Global rule. Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis.
  • Statutory withdrawal rights. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, the EU/EEA and UK 14-day cooling-off right for distance contracts), Paddle will honour that right in line with local law. Note that this right may be lost once digital content has begun to be supplied with your prior express consent.
  • Faulty or not-as-described products. Your statutory consumer rights regarding products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose are unaffected by this policy.
  • Discretionary refunds. Paddle may, at its discretion, issue a refund outside statutory rights — for example, where access could not be used due to technical issues.
  • No refunds for abuse. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
  • Time limits. Refund requests must be made within the applicable statutory or discretionary period described in the Paddle Refund Policy.
  • Highest level of rights applies. Where local consumer protection laws give you stronger rights than this policy, those stronger rights apply. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.

How to request a refund

Submit refund requests directly to Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net. Look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. You can also email us at support@recurriq.com and we will help coordinate with Paddle, but the refund decision and processing are made by Paddle under their policy.

Where a refund is approved, funds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s billing settings or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone is not a refund — any refund of fees already paid is governed by the Paddle Refund Policy above.
